Antonietta is a seasoned Owner’s Project Manager with over 20 years of experience guiding municipalities, school districts, and public agencies through complex capital projects. Her firm has supported everything from public education, municipal buildings and healthcare facilities to campus renovations and housing developments.  Antonietta created the Capital Project Toolkit after witnessing firsthand how many public leaders felt overwhelmed by the capital planning process—especially those without in-house expertise. She built this resource to offer step-by-step guidance, practical templates, and the same tools she uses in the field to ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with community goals. Her commitment to public service, transparency, and smart project delivery continues to drive her work. With this toolkit, she hopes to empower local leaders to plan, fund, and deliver capital improvements with confidence.
